Author's Preface

It was our long-long ambition to bringout a text book in Sharir Kriya practical aspect. Ayurvedic students are suffering from language problem along with no books available in English as per CCIM prescribed syllabus. This made us to contribute, little-bite what we learned from our teachers and elders in the interest of student community.

The qualities of compactness and convenience have been achieved by careful comparison of ayurvedic concepts with modern wherever possible by concision of definitions in so far as brevity permits accuracy, clearness and under rounding. To further conserve space and at the same time to enhance the usefulness of this book.

So we feel it is beneficial to incluse the knowledge regarding Ayurveda and contemporary sciences under one book for students, clinicians, acadamicians, who can extract information in a short time with least effort.
