Book Description
Great Astrologers of the Eastern and Western Schools of thought have unmistakably averred that Astrolo9y is a Science in its mathematical Essentials and planetary behaviour. Horoscope is the fulcrum from which sprouts the entire gamut of events in one’s life in one’s life—time. From birth to death, the stamp of an individual is strongly impressed upon one’s Horoscope.
An accurate casting of Horoscope is sine—qua—non for reading the results correctly and offering precise predictions. Incorrect predictions based on the wrong casting of a horoscope is bound to undermine the consultants’ faith in the very Science of Astrology.
Our late great guruji Jothish Marthand Shri Krishnamurti invented this Padhdhati after a prolonged period of dedicated research. With the blessings of LORD UCHISHTA MAHAGANAPATHY he transformed this into a miraculous Science by introducing the three potent concepts of House cusps, Sub lord and Ruling Planets and handed it down to us — His faithful followers for preserving this Science, uplifting it constantly by dedicated research and development.
Every Astrologer both traditional and K.P. are aware that traditional Astrology in its limited domain cannot explain satisfactorily the varied results that natives of twin—births, experience in their lives since horoscopes cast in the Traditional Method in respect of twins were identical in all respects including birth Star, lagna Rasi etc. It only our erudite Guruji who could offer a convincing explanation by his Sub lord theory for the divergent and varied experiences of twins.
K.P. Astrologers and Scholars who have relentlessly pursued the path of our Guruji by their sense of dedication and reverence to our late guruji had occasionally encountered in few and far between cases intriguing situations where more than 2 planets in the same sub—posit ions (Sub—Lord positions) have offered varying results during their periods. This has led them to develop and switch over to the sub—sub theory which has to be built up on more scientific lines. The sub—sub theory could offer plausible explanation for the varied behaviour of 2 or more planets tenanting I he same sub. So the sub—sub theory is gaining momentum and has assumed the role of the trend—setter for the modern decade.
The evolution of the sub—sub theory naturally necessitates be casting of the House cusps in a horoscope to the correctness of seconds for it s the House c’ with its entourage of Star lord and sub lords that move swiftly with in a small interval of time. For the cusps move to in every 4 minutes of time.
It is therefore imperative that horoscopes and planetary positions are cast with the utmost precision possible & this indeed has become the pretext for this publication.
The Tables of House cusps (Placedean) have been prepared for all the Six House cusps in SAYANA for all the Northern latitudes from 0 degree to 60 degree at intervals of 1 and for all sidereal times ranging from 00—00 hours to 24-00 hours with intermediate, positions at every 4 minutes of S.T. These tables have been prepared to give correctness of values to the nearest seconds by the use of appropriate Trigonometrical formulae on a computer with a view to achieve as much precision in the values derived as is possible, keeping in view particularly of the requirements of the K.P.Astrologers. These Tables have been prepared in Sayana degrees to facilitate easy adoption by astrologers following different systems.
The longitudinal degrees for all these House cusps are in Sayana and their Nirayana equivalents can be easily obtained by deducting appropriate K.P. Ayanamsa. While practitioners of other Systems are free to deduct ayanamsa of their choice, K.P. followers are advice to deduct the K.P. Ayanamsa only to obtain correct and accurate results in the art of prognostication. To facilitate this, A Table of K.P Ayanamsa is included in this volume. An illustration of how the longitudinal positions in respect of the six cusps I, II, Ill, X, Xl & XII and the other remaining cusps are to be obtained is also worked out in this Book at the appropriate place. This is to help beginners and others who are not well conversant with K.P. System, but who otherwise want to learn this system as a hobby, if not a profession.
In bringing Out a book of this magnitude, which indeed has been a Herculean task to us, we have been solely motivated by the singular desire of subserving the common good of all K.P. Astrologers spread over the length and Breadth of this globe—NAY— K. P.ASTROLOGY itself — to the espousal of its cause, its varied facets of development and application. In the context of the mounting costs of paper, printing and allied stationery, it is hardly necessary to point out that we have not been actuated by any profit — motive in the pricing of this publication but only to help in the genuine cause of Astrology.
