Sri Rama has a special importance to Telugu people. He has gone into the religious and philosophi cal subjects also. He has also dealt with Navavidha bhakti in the kritis of Tyagarja by providing many texts of the kirtanas. Any number of comments of appreciation and quotations from this work is not enough. Researchers, students and Vidwans of music will be greatly benefitted by a careful study of this valuable work. Sriman Komanduri Seshadri has provided one more valuable and analytical work to the subject on Sri Rama. He deserves a grateful acknowledgement.
